Position Introduction:

The College of Pharmacy is seeking an innovative and collaborative Assistant Dean for Student Affairs to provide strategic leadership for student success across the College. As a key member of the leadership team, this position oversees student affairs from recruitment and admissions through graduation and career preparation, fostering an exceptional student experience while advancing academic excellence. The Assistant Dean will lead initiatives focused on student success, retention, experiential learning, financial aid, career services, and student support while collaborating with faculty, staff, and university leadership to enhance programs, strengthen outcomes, and support accreditation efforts.
