This is a full-time opportunity based at Corporate Headquarters in San Clemente, California.

Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
- 5 years of accounting or finance experience; in retail industry a plus.
- 3 years of management experience
- Working knowledge of JD Edwards
- Bilingual English/Spanish or other language skills a plus.
Essential Duties include but are not limited to:- Oversee the payroll department and collaborate with the accounting department.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly reports.
- Prepare and process journal entries.
- Prepare and file sales tax returns and payments quarterly.
- Reconcile General Ledger accounts.
- Assist and provide requested information from auditors.
- Other duties as assigned.
Compensation is based on various factors related to federal, state, and local minimum wage requirements, and considers work experience and skills ability.
