The Opportunity

As an Asset & Wealth Management Tax Senior Manager, you will play a pivotal role in guiding clients through complex tax regulations, helping them optimize their tax positions while minimizing risks of non-compliance. Within our Tax practice, you will focus on validating clients' compliance with tax laws and regulations, reviewing and analyzing financial data, preparing and filing tax returns, and assisting businesses in meeting their tax obligations.

As a Senior Manager, you will leverage your skills and professional network to deliver quality results. You will motivate and coach teams to solve complex problems, applying sound judgment to recognize when to take action and when to escalate. Your ability to develop and sustain diverse and inclusive teams contributes to the success of our firm.

In this role, you will craft and convey clear, impactful messages that tell a holistic story, apply systems thinking to identify underlying problems, and validate outcomes with clients. You will direct teams through complexity, demonstrating composure in challenging situations, and initiate open and honest coaching conversations at all levels. Your commitment to excellence and strategic advising will drive project success and enhance client relationships.

Responsibilities

- Leading tax compliance initiatives for asset and wealth management clients, confirming adherence to complex tax regulations
- Reviewing and analyzing financial data to prepare and file accurate tax returns
- Validating clients' compliance with tax laws and minimizing risks of non-compliance through strategic tax planning
- Crafting and conveying clear, impactful messages that tell a holistic story to clients and stakeholders
- Applying systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities in tax compliance processes
- Directing teams through complex situations, demonstrating composure and strategic problem-solving
- Initiating open and honest coaching conversations to develop high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams
- Making informed decisions and taking action to resolve issues hindering team effectiveness
- Modeling and reinforcing professional and technical standards, including PwC tax and audit guidance and independence requirements
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients to provide strategic tax advice and guidance

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 6 years of experience
- At least one of the following: Certified Public Accountant, Member of the Bar or other tax, technology, or finance-specific credentials may qualify for this opportunity

Job Posting End Date

The salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $335,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
