Pay Range: $86275 - $111650
Incentive Eligibility: Eligible to participate in Sodexo's incentive plan and earn variable compensation in addition to base salary

asset management strategy, data analysis, and facilities optimization initiatives.
- Ability to analyze and map complex data sets, with strong skills in Microsoft Excel and other data management tools
- Deep understanding of CMMS applications and how they support asset performance, tracking, and reporting
- Demonstrated experience driving innovation and crafting solutions that improve Hard FM service delivery
- A collaborative communication style with the ability to influence stakeholders and align cross-functional teams
- Field-ready technical knowledge of facility systems, paired with a strategic mindset for continuous improvement and standardization
Requirements- Education Requirement: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Related Experience: 3 years
