Full Job Description
As a Senior Manager in the Asset Management practice, you will be responsible for: • Assuming overall responsibility for project execution and guiding clients through complex transformation initiatives • Facilitating discussions and workshops with senior level clients to evaluate the business and technology at the strategic level • Managing large teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture • Interacting with senior management levels at a client and/or within Accenture, which involves negotiating or influencing on significant matters • Initiating and leading business development initiatives, including developing client proposals and building strong relationships with Accenture clients • Supporting the development of the practice by driving initiatives around market research, Accenture Points-of-View, capability development, thought capital, knowledge management, etc. • Being a visible thought leader in the Asset Management industry, bringing original thought and recommendation to industry leaders • Business development, interacting with clients and prospects to bring Accenture's value to client growth and innovation • 10+ years of industry experience or equivalent knowledge of the asset management industry (i.e., product, distributions, operations, investment technology, etc.) • Proven program, project, and delivery leadership in the asset management industry Established relationships with leaders across the Asset Management industry • Experience building relationships with key clients through delivery and position to expand client footprint • Experience managing a team between 2-10 people on client facing engagements • Strong communication skills and attention to detail • Previous management consulting, program management, business advisory experience a plus • Alternatives, private investment, or sales distribution expertise a plus • Bachelor's degree required, CPA and/or MBA a plus** PROFESSIONAL SKILL REQUIREMENTS Ability to contribute to a team-oriented environment Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment Desire to work in an information systems environment Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
