Full Job Description
In this role, you will manage manufacturing assets to maximize equipment reliability, availability, and performance through effective maintenance strategies and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with PMI and regulatory requirements related to Safety, Quality, Sustainability, and Environmental standards.
  • Support equipment installation, risk assessments, documentation, and change management activities.
  • Develop and implement cost-effective maintenance strategies and standards.
  • Plan and schedule maintenance activities to optimize equipment performance and uptime.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records in SAP, Maximo, CMMS, and related systems.
  • Partner with production and engineering teams on equipment specifications, purchases, and improvements.
  • Manage equipment data, asset records, and technology documentation.
  • Serve as a key contact for OEMs and technology stakeholders.
  • Develop and manage maintenance and spare parts budgets.
  • Analyze equipment reliability and downtime trends to drive productivity improvements.
  • Establish spare parts requirements and inventory levels.
  • Support loss elimination, continuous improvement, and benchmarking initiatives.
  • Participate in training, pillar activities, and standard work implementation.
  • Coach and develop team capabilities in preventive maintenance and troubleshooting.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in production, maintenance, or engineering within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong English communication skills.
  • Experience with asset management and preventive/predictive maintenance methodologies.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, organizational, and collaboration skills.

Annual Base Salary: $88,000 - $110,000
