Description
YOUR ROLE LOOKS LIKE:- Providing overall project management and project team coordination.
- Developing business and networking.
- Managing and producing aspects of the project, including design, production, and quality control.
- Leading assistance in the development and maintenance of project budgets and schedules.
- nurture and establish strong relationships with all outside parties involved in a project as their primary project contact, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Preparing and completing thorough proposals
- Mentoring and directing project team members
- Enjoy working on a variety of project types
- Being an ambassador of RRM.
Requirements
WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TABLE:- Bachelor's degree in architecture
- 10 years of practical experience in the management and design of projects
- Experience in REVIT
- Architectural licensure
- Current knowledge of professional codes, laws, computer applications, and trends
- Excellent verbal/written communication and organizational skills
- Excellent architectural detailing skills

ABOVE & BEYOND:- Master's of Architecture or master's in business administration.
- Architectural license in good standing
