Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Architectural Project Manager/architectural draftsman to oversee and design architectural projects. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in architecture and project management, combined with strong client relationship and internal people management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Architectural Project Management:
- Lead and manage architectural projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality standards.
- Actively involved in production drafting
- Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and team members to define project objectives, requirements, and deliverables.
- Maintain project schedules, and progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with external consultants, contractors, and suppliers to deliver exceptional results.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Project Management, or a related field.
- 5- 7 years of experience in architectural project management and client brand support.
- 5-7+ years of experience as an architectural designer on multi-family residential (plus) and commercial fit-outs (Offices (General & Medical), Industrial/Warehousing, Retail, Salons and more)
- Commercial experience is required.
- Proficiency in project management software and architectural design tools (e.g., Revit (4+years) Required, AutoCAD a plus).
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional licensure in architecture (preferred).
