The Project Architect / Project Manager will serve as a key point of contact for clients, internal teams, and consultants, ensuring design excellence, technical accuracy, and timely delivery of project milestones.

Essential Responsibilities: Project Leadership & Delivery- Support architectural projects from initial concept through construction administration, ensuring design excellence, technical accuracy, and adherence to project schedules
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining clear priorities, timelines, and deliverables
Client & Consultant Communication- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing clear communication, design presentations, and regular progress updates
- Facilitate coordination among multidisciplinary engineering teams and external consultants
- Represent the firm in on-site and off-site meetings, including client workshops, construction meetings, and consultant coordination sessions
Technical & Documentation Responsibilities- Develop, review, and coordinate architectural drawings, specifications, and project documentation
- Ensure design solutions comply with applicable building codes, zoning regulations, and project requirements
- Lead construction administration efforts, including RFIs, submittals, site visits, punch lists, and ongoing contractor communication
Team Collaboration & Studio Culture- Collaborate closely with firm leadership to support project planning, resource allocation, and adherence to firm standards
- Contribute to a positive, productive, and collaborative studio culture through daily in-office engagement
Qualifications: Required- Minimum of 10 years of professional architectural experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Professional architectural licensure preferred or active pursuit of licensure
- Strong technical proficiency in Revit and related design and documentation tools
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and lead multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills
- Ability to work full-time on-site and attend client and project meetings as required
- Ability to obtain government security clearances, as needed
Preferred- Experience with MILCON, GSA, or other government projects
- Working knowledge of FAR clauses and UFC requirements
