Full Job Description
MBF North America, a ProMach product brand, is seeking an experienced Applications Engineer to oversee the planning, design, and installation of machinery and equipment in an industrial facility. The ideal candidate will be highly organized and able to manage multiple projects within a fast-faced environment and is open to constant changes and challenges. The position will be based on site at MBF North America corporate office in Petaluma, California.

  • Calculate cost analysis for integrating new machinery and equipment into the manufacturing process.
  • Uses programming process knowledge and experience to adapt equipment to specific job applications.
  • Prepare operating instructions and programs for equipment.
  • Oversee installation of machinery and equipment to ensure they function according to specifications.
  • Evaluate machinery to ensure it has the capability to complete desired functions.
  • Analyze alternative techniques and methods and recommend changes to equipment or procedures as needed.
  • Establish schedule of procedures and maintenance routines to ensure equipment operates efficiently.
  • Share technical information and training with other departments.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
