About You
You have an engineering mindset: technical depth, analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the initiative to spot problems before they become issues.
You're genuinely curious and pick up new technical concepts quickly - you don't need to already know aerospace or metrology, you need to be excited to learn it.
You communicate complex, technical ideas clearly, in writing and out loud, to people with very different backgrounds.
You stay effective when priorities shift - customer needs change fast, and you adjuist without losing your organization.
You work well across cultures and time zones as part of a small, global team.
Your integrity and work ethic are not negotiable - customers trust you with their equipment and their time.
