  • Develop and maintain solutions using Airtable, Microsoft Power Platform, AI platforms, APIs, connectors, scripting, and other approved technologies.
  • Create AI-assisted workflows, copilots, conversational experiences, agents, and knowledge-enabled solutions for approved business use cases.
  • Design agentic AI workflows with business rules, integrations, human oversight, exception handling, and escalation paths.
  • Evaluate business processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, user experience, data quality, and decision-making through AI, automation, or workflow redesign.
  • Partner with business stakeholders, Solution Owners, BRMs, analysts, and IT teams to translate requirements into secure, scalable technical solutions.
  • Build and support integrations and data flows across AI, automation, and enterprise applications using APIs, webhooks, connectors, and approved integration tools.
  • Work with structured and unstructured data while following enterprise data-management, privacy, and security requirements.
  • Configure AI prompts, instructions, knowledge sources, workflow logic, and guardrails for approved AI solutions.
  • Test and validate AI-enabled solutions, including functionality, integrations, outputs, exceptions, and user acceptance.
  • Evaluate AI outputs for accuracy, reliability, relevance, and appropriate behavior; recommend improvements as needed.
  • Troubleshoot application, automation, integration, and AI solution issues; perform root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
  • Monitor deployed solutions for performance, reliability, adoption, data quality, and business effectiveness.
  • Apply Responsible AI principles and comply with AI governance, cybersecurity, data privacy, access control, IP, records management, and regulatory requirements.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including designs, workflow diagrams, configurations, integrations, testing evidence, support procedures, and knowledge articles.
  • Follow software development lifecycle, change management, release management, review, and production support practices.
  • Support AI proofs of concept and pilots, helping transition successful experiments into secure, governed, production-ready solutions.
  • Manage concurrent development activities, enhancements, incidents, and priorities while communicating progress, risks, dependencies, and blockers.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Software Development, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant professional experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in application development, application configuration, workflow automation, systems integration, enterprise SaaS solutions, or an equivalent combination of relevant roles and projects, and education.

Preferred Qualifications

Qualifications:
  • Hands-on experience with one or more low-code/no-code, automation, application development, or AI platforms, such as Airtable, Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps, or comparable technologies.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments while balancing development, experimentation, production support, and operational responsibilities.
  • Demonstrated curiosity and commitment to continuous learning as AI, automation, and application-development technologies evolve.

Preferred:
  • Experience working within regulated, controlled, or enterprise technology environments.
  • Proven capabilities with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI assistants, copilots, AI agents, prompt engineering, or AI-enabled application development is preferred.
