Job Summary: As an Application Analyst I at Endeavor Health, you will be responsible for supporting an assigned application portfolio, including designing, documenting, implementing, and testing software or application solutions. A key focus is the efficient monitoring and management of issue resolution through timely ticket closure. You will also participate in implementation of new workflows and products in alignment with the organization's strategic goals.
To be successful in this role, you will be expected to learn the latest solutions and technologies and advocate for the adoption of industry best practices.
This role will join our Ambulatory Applications team, supporting clinical applications including Epic Beacon across Endeavor Health.
What you will do:
Assist in designing, documenting, configuring, implementing and testing software/application solutions.
