We are seeking an expert-level Application Engineer to serve as the technical lead for a growing CRM engineering practice built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform. This role will define architecture, engineering standards, ALM/DevOps practices, and technical direction while mentoring engineers and overseeing external vendor delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Define architecture, design patterns, coding standards, and engineering best practices for the CRM platform.
Architect and develop complex solutions across Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Dataverse, and Azure.
Provide expert-level Dataverse plugin development using C#, client-side scripting, workflows, and business rules.

Required Qualifications

Compensation: Up to $165,000 annually Compensation is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
