We are hiring an Application Developer to support an enterprise-level program within a federal environment.
Job Description and ResponsibilitiesDesigns, develops, integrates, and maintains enterprise software solutions based on business requirements. This role collaborates with Business Analysts, Systems Architects, and stakeholders to deliver scalable applications, workflow automation solutions, system integrations, and GIS-enabled platforms using modern development technologies, low-code/no-code tools, APIs, BPMN workflows, Microsoft technologies, and ESRI solutions.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSA)- Design, develop, integrate, and maintain secure, scalable enterprise applications based on business requirements.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Systems Architects, and stakeholders to deliver effective technical solutions.
- Develop web applications, APIs, workflow automation, low-code/no-code solutions, and GIS-enabled applications.
- Utilize technologies including Java, .NET, JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs, BPMN platforms, Microsoft SQL Server, and ESRI tools.
- Support enterprise system integrations, process automation, Agile development, and DevSecOps practices.
- Ensure solutions meet organizational standards, security requirements, and application frameworks.
- Apply expertise in enterprise application development, low-code/no-code platforms, BPMN workflows, ESRI technologies, and Agile methodologies.

- Candidate must communicate effectively with team members, team lead, management, and government customer
- Must have the ability and desire to research and develop creative solutions to unique problems with minimal supervision
Minimum Training, Education, and Certifications- Five (5) years of relevant IT experience
- IAT-II requires one of the following current certifications: CND, CCNA Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security + CE, or SSCP
- Relevant Developer certification
Minimum ClearancePhysical Requirements- Required to stand, walk and sit; communicate verbally both in person and by telephone; use hands to finger, handle or feel objects or controls; reach with hands and arms. Regularly required to stoop, kneel, bend, crouch and lift up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, color vision and the ability to adjust focus.
- Physical demands associated with this position include extensive walking (including stairs) throughout offices and between buildings. May require use of public transportation, personal or Government vehicle to drive to local and/or remote office locations.
