Position Description: The preferred location for this position is Lebanon, VA, Arlington, VA, or Charleston, SC.
Your future duties and responsibilities: . Communicates with business, delivery and operational stakeholders about the end to end solution
. Identifies, prioritizes and addresses concerns related to the solution, including risk and financial aspects (business cases)
. Makes or guides architectural decisions
. Deliver quality code to meet or exceed project objectives
. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
Required qualifications to be successful in this role: . Expertise in business process management (BPM) and integration using Appian BPM software platform with hands on end to end system design, development and implementation experience
. Strong knowledge of technologies including .NET, Java, XML, Oracle RDBMS, Self Assembling Interface Layer (SAIL) Components Data Types (CDTs), APEX, SQL Server, SharePoint, Adobe Experience Manager, Entellitrack, and MS Visual Studio
. Experience supporting a hybrid (on prem and cloud) application portfolio
. Experience in designing application integrations using web services and/or traditional Extraction, Transformation and Load (ETL) technologies
. Strong knowledge in Object oriented programming and design and database development
. Knowledge of governance contracting, procurement process and acquisition lifecycle management
. Expert troubleshooting ability for isolating functional / technical problems in a production support environment, including strong SQL skills.
. Experience working in an Agile environment
Desired qualifications/non essential skills required:
Required qualifications to be successful in this role
. Ability to work on a team with distributed engineers;
. Knowledge of Sites, complex SAIL Forms;
. Experience in Object Oriented programming languages primarily Java;
. Experience in working with at least one external integration i.e. Web service, ESB, etc;
. Experience in Distributed environments;
. 5- 7 Years of experience in Architecture/Design and Development using Appian BPM version 17 and above ;
. Experience in working with JSON, XML & RESTful API;
. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a closely related field.
. Appian Analyst or Appian Designer Level certified preferred;

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $79,600.00 $172,400.00.
