McKool Smith's Commercial Litigation group is looking for two outstanding mid-level Antitrust Attorneys to join its nationally recognized trial practice. This position is for an attorney who thrives in high-stakes litigation and has the skill and judgment to take on meaningful responsibility in complex antitrust matters. The attorney will litigate complex antitrust cases in federal and state courts and assist in all phases of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation. Candidates must hold a JD from a top-tier law school and be admitted to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of antitrust litigation experience at an elite firm, litigation boutique, or government agency, along with outstanding legal writing skills, strong analytical judgment, and a demonstrated commitment to trial work and excellence.
