We are looking for a motivated and analytical Merchant Risk Analyst to join our Fraud Risk Management team, supporting merchant risk monitoring for Antom's U.S. payment acquiring business.
In this role, you will analyze merchant transaction activities, identify suspicious patterns, investigate potential risks, and contribute to the continuous improvement of risk monitoring strategies and capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
• Monitor merchant transaction activities and key risk indicators to proactively identify suspicious behaviors, emerging fraud patterns, and potential merchant misconduct.
• Investigate risk alerts and unusual merchant activities, assess potential exposure, and recommend appropriate mitigation actions.
• Analyze transaction data, fraud trends, disputes, and refunds to identify risk patterns and generate actionable insights.
• Support the development, testing, and optimization of risk monitoring rules, detection strategies, and alert workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve risk monitoring tools, automation capabilities, and operational effectiveness.
• Prepare risk reports, document investigation findings, and support ongoing merchant risk management initiatives.
Job Requirement
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in risk management, fraud prevention, payments, financial services, data analytics, or related fields. Relevant internships and project experience will also be considered.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail. Good communication skills.
• Self-motivated, curious, and eager to learn about payment risk and fraud detection.
• Exposure to merchant acquiring, payment processing, fraud detection, transaction monitoring, or Trust & Safety. Interest in applying data analytics, automation, and AI technologies to risk management.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $100,000-150,000. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Ant International and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate's experience, qualifications, and relevant education or training.
