Overview

A Sr. Data Analyst on PepsiCo's Data Analytics & AI team is responsible for turning data into actionable insights that support business decisions, process improvement, and data-driven strategy. The role typically sits in the BI & Reporting Automation or broader Data Analytics & AI space, depending on the team's focus. Responsibilities

  • Extract, clean, and analyze data from large and small databases using SQL and related tools.
  • Build reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support business decisions.
  • Deliver ad hoc analysis and insights for cross-functional partners.
  • Work with structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data.
  • Support data prep for advanced analytics and capability projects.
  • Translate business needs into analytical requirements and clear recommendations.

Compensation and Benefits:
  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $104,100 - $174,300.
  • Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
  • Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 8% of annual salary paid out annually.
  • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.
