The eCommerce Analytics Manager owns end-to-end measurement of the customer reservation journey across Avis Budget Group's global digital channels, turning funnel data into actions that lift conversion and revenue. In this role, you will partner with Product, Marketing, Pricing and Engineering teams worldwide to understand how customers search, select and book across web and app, and where they drop off. You will set the measurement standard for the funnel, surface the highest-value opportunities, and guide experimentation that drives growth across markets.
What You'll Do:
Funnel measurement and insight
- Own the global booking funnel, from landing and search through vehicle selection, extras, checkout and confirmation, across web and app.
- Define and maintain standard funnel KPIs: traffic, step conversion, drop-off, booking conversion rate, revenue per visitor and ancillary attach rate.
- Diagnose conversion changes by market, brand, channel, device and customer segment, and explain the "why" behind the numbers.
- Build and maintain executive-ready dashboards that give leaders a single, trusted view of funnel health.
Experimentation and optimization
- Partner with Product and UX to size opportunities, form hypotheses and prioritize the roadmap by expected impact.
- Design, analyze and read out A/B and multivariate tests with sound statistical methods.
- Quantify the revenue impact of shipped changes and track benefits over time.
Data foundations and governance
- Work with Engineering and Data teams to define tracking requirements and keep event data accurate and consistent across regions.
- Establish shared definitions and documentation so funnel metrics mean the same thing in every market.
- Audit tagging and data quality, and lead resolution of measurement gaps.
Leadership and influence
- Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders in clear, decision-oriented language.
- Collaborate across time zones with regional teams in North America, EMEA and APAC.
- Mentor analysts and raise analytics maturity across the organization.
Perks You’ll Get:
- Access to Medical, Dental, Vision, Life and Disability insurance
- Eligible to elect other voluntary benefits including: Group Auto Insurance, Group Home Insurance, Pet Insurance, Legal Assistance, Identity Theft Protection, FSA, Accident Insurance, Critical Illness Insurance, and additional life insurance coverages
- 401(k) Retirement Plan with company matched contributions
- Full training to learn the business and enhance professional skills
- Employee discounts, including discounted prices on the purchase of Avis/Budget cars
- Access to an Employee Assistance Program for services including counseling, financial and legal consultation, referrals for care service and more
