Responsibilities
As a Product Operations team in the Data Platform organization, we bridge the gap between our data products and the people who use them. You will have the opportunity to work closely with product, engineering, and business teams to drive product adoption, improve user experience, and help shape the evolution of one of the largest data platforms in the world. Your work will span the entire product lifecycle - from understanding user needs and identifying opportunities, to driving go-to-market strategies, gathering insights, and scaling best practices across teams. Responsibilities: - Responsible for the operation of Data building and analytic products and agents; - Responsible for providing training on data analytics products to users within the organization, includes conducting training sessions, creating training materials, and assisting users in understanding and utilizing the products effectively. Investigating and understanding different use cases for the products. - Be responsible for on-call service, ensuring that any critical issues or emergencies related to the products can be addressed promptly and efficiently. - Establish a great relationship with a Local/global team, consolidate and filter this feedback, analyze it, and collaborate with the relevant teams to develop effective solutions.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or above; experience in product operation is preferred - Excellent product perspective & business perspective & user perspective - Strong sense of cooperation, with good cross-team & cross-country cooperation interface - Strong initiative, able to do a good job of filling in for the team

[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (Hourly)
The hourly rate range for this position in the selected city is $36.54- $61.54.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
