Voici en quoi consiste le poste

CBRE Montréal est à la recherche d'une personne motivée pour se joindre à son équipe en tant qu'Analyste principal, investissement. L'analyste devra soutenir une équipe d'investissement lors de la souscription de biens immobiliers commerciaux, de la création de contenu, de l'analyse financière et des études de marché. En tant que membre de l'équipe, l'individu sera entouré de professionnels renommés et travaillera sur d'importantes transactions immobilières. Ceci est un poste permanent à temps plein.

Responsabilités

  • Assister l'équipe dans le cadre de souscriptions complexes de propriétés commerciales et des mémorandums prospectus de renseignements confidentiels;
  • Élaborer des analyses financières en immobilier commercial (Préparation de flux de trésorerie, analyse de valeur, taux de rendement interne);
  • Lecture et analyse de baux commerciaux et modélisation dans le but d'analyse de valeur de propriété;
  • Créer du contenu pour toutes les offres de service de mise en marché ainsi que pour tous les prospectus de renseignements et autre rapports clients;
  • Réaliser des recherches de propriétés et colliger des renseignements sur le marché et sur l'économie avec les équipes de recherche à l'échelle nationale;
  • Surveiller et repérer les principales tendances du marché en vue de l'élaboration de rapports analytiques et de présentations sur le marché, tout en prédisant les entrées de données et surveiller les produits comparables;
  • Assurer un soutien aux transactions, notamment en collectant les ententes de confidentialité, en gérant les données, en rédigeant des rapports d'activités et en soutenant les clients dans le cadre de vérifications diligentes;
  • Participer aux rencontres avec les clients et aux événements de l'industrie afin de développer un réseau de relations solides;
  • Effectuer toutes autres tâches assignées.

Qualifications

  • Diplôme universitaire en commerce, en comptabilité, en finance ou dans un domaine connexe;
  • Connaissance approfondie du logiciel Argus Enterprise;
  • Connaissance approfondie de la suite Microsoft Office (notamment de Word, d'Excel et de PowerPoint);
  • Bilinguisme, avec d'excellentes compétences rédactionnelles en anglais et français.

The Opportunity

CBRE Montreal is seeking a highly motivated candidate to join us as a Sr Investment Analyst. The analyst's primary objectives are to support one of our investment teams with commercial real estate underwriting, financial analysis, content creation, and market research. As part of the team, the selected applicant would be exposed to some of Canada's leading investment professionals and work on important real estate transactions. This is a full-time, permanent position.

Responsibilities

  • Support the team on complex commercial real estate underwriting and confidential information memorandums
  • Develop and model commercial real estate financial analysis (cash flow preparations, value analysis, rate of returns etc)
  • Read and analyze commercial leases, and conduct modeling for the purpose of property value analysis
  • Create content for all marketing proposals, brochures, pitches, and other client reports
  • Conduct property research and coordinate with local and national research teams for economic/market intel
  • Monitor and identify key market trends for analytical reports/market presentations/project data input, and comparable tracking
  • Provide transaction support: CA collection, data room management, activity report drafting and ad hoc due diligence client support
  • Attend client meetings, industry events and build relationships with other real estate professionals
  • Other duties may be assigned.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree in commerce, accounting, finance or real estate
  • Well-versed in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Deep knowledge ARGUS Valuation (ARGUS Enterprise)
  • Full bilingualism, with excellent English and French writing skills
