Analyste Financier Principal - Analyses financières et planification (FP&A)

L'analyste financier principal FP&A joue un rôle clé dans le soutien des activités financières des Services de café Van Houtte. Ce poste est responsable de la gestion des finances opérationnels et administratifs incluant les résultats de fin de mois, les analyses d'écart, la budgétisation et les prévisions, tout en collaborant avec l'ensemble des départements pour assurer l'alignement budgétaire et une gestion efficace des coûts.

Ce poste relève du Premier Directeur Finance, Planification et Analyse financière.

Responsabilités

Stratégiques 30 %
  • Agir en tant que partenaire d'affaire de confiance auprès des équipes des opérations de l'entreprises.
  • Soutenir l'élaboration de plans financiers à long terme et des stratégies d'investissement pour l'entreprise.
  • Moderniser, automatiser et améliorer les outils de rapports et d'analyses.
  • Effectuer des analyses comparatives des coûts et des processus d'affaires, identifier les écarts et participer au développement de plans d'action pour adopter des pratiques exemplaires et soutenir les prévisions financières.
  • Appuyer l'équipe de gestion dans différents projets spéciaux.
  • Veiller à ce que l'entreprise respecte toutes les exigences réglementaires, ainsi que les politiques, les procédures et les normes éthiques établies par Keurig.


Opérationnelles 65 %
  • Diriger le processus de production de rapports de fin de mois actuel ainsi que des prévisions budgétaires annuelles et trimestrielles avec exactitude et ponctualité.
  • Responsable de la préparation de l'états financiers réel en fournissant les explications d'écarts détaillés entre les résultats réels, les prévisions et l'année précédente sur toute la section des coûts d'opération (effectifs, pièces, flotte automobiles, amortissements, coûts administratifs).
  • Responsable de la préparation des documents de présentation des résultats réels et prévisionnels.
  • Soutenir les initiatives et processus de productivité.
  • Responsable du calcul des commissions périodique et des bonis annuels de l'équipe des ventes.
  • Participer, en collaboration avec l'équipe comptable, au processus de décompte d'inventaire.
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe des opérations afin de générer une forte performance opérationnelle et développer des outils qui aideront à en assurer le suivi.

  • Favoriser des relations de collaboration solides avec les équipes interfonctionnelles, en faisant preuve de leadership financier et de crédibilité.
  • Maintenir les plus hauts standards d'intégrité et de confidentialité dans la gestion des données financières et RH sensibles.
  • Être responsable de l'atteinte des objectifs annuels et des évaluations trimestrielles.
  • Coordonner la mise à jour de la description de poste.
  • Être responsable de l'autoévaluation annuelle de performance.


Qualifications requises
  • Baccalauréat en finance ou en comptabilité, le titre CPA est un atout
  • Minimum de 3 ans d'expérience pertinente en finance, budgétisation et prévision
  • Connaissance générale des principes comptables et de contrôle des coûts
  • Bilinguisme requis (français et anglais)

Rémunération globale:

CAD$ $78,300.00 - $103,400.00 annuel.

The Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A plays a key role in supporting the financial activities of Van Houtte Coffee Services. This position is responsible for managing the operation and administrative finance, including month-end results, differences analysis, budgeting and forecasting, while partnering with all departments to ensure budget alignment and effective cost management.

The role reports to the Senior Manager, FP&A.

Responsibilities

Strategic 30%
  • Act as a trusted business partner to the company's operations teams.
  • Support the development of long-term financial plans and investment strategies for the company.
  • Modernize, automate, and improve reporting and analysis tools.
  • Conduct benchmarking analyses of costs and business processes, identify variances, and participate in the development of action plans to adopt best practices and support financial forecasting.
  • Support the management team with various special projects.
  • Ensure that the company complies with all regulatory requirements, as well as the policies, procedures, and ethical standards established by Keurig.

Operational 65%
  • Lead the current month-end reporting process, as well as the annual and quarterly budget forecasting processes, with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Responsible for preparing actual financial statements by providing detailed variance explanations between actual results, forecasts, and the prior year for all operational cost categories, including headcount, parts, vehicle fleet, depreciation, and administrative costs.
  • Responsible for preparing presentation materials for actual and forecasted results.
  • Support productivity initiatives and processes.
  • Responsible for calculating periodic commissions and annual bonuses for the sales team.
  • Participate, in collaboration with the accounting team, in the inventory count process.
  • Work closely with the operations team to drive strong operational performance and develop tools to help monitor it.
