Purpose
Reporting to the Director, Treasury Operations, the Treasury Analyst II supports the execution, monitoring, and compliance related to the Company's internal and external debt.
Specifically, the Treasury Analyst II executes fund movements to support departmental objectives and ensures required transfers are entered accurately and on time. The Treasury Analyst analyzes multiple cash, debt, and intercompany balances, and supports daily borrowing activities.
The Treasury Analyst II additionally supports Treasury reporting requirements, cash flow, and debt forecasts. This team member is also expected to contribute to the department's goal of optimizing treasury management systems and minimizing cost and time spent on non-value added tasks.

Accountabilities
- Monitors entity cash balances and recommends fund movements to meet Treasury objectives.
- Executes intercompany movements of cash for debt minimization and to complete certain transactions.
- Leading expert in Kyriba functionality, including monitoring user access and monitoring associated finance transactions.
- Monitors draws, repayments and rollovers on revolving credit facilities, outstanding LCs and external debt.
- Monitors and oversees existing bank account services and signatories
- Maintains SOX compliance within the department; ensuring all proper controls are followed
- Answers questions, providing support for internal and external auditors
- Supports special projects, capital market transactions, rating agency presentations, and acquisition activities as required
- Supports Treasury tool optimization
- Monitors access to all Treasury tools.
- Effectively works with, and supports internal business partners including Finance, Legal, Tax, business development teams and international affiliates
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
- In the process of obtaining CPA or CFA preferred
- 1+ years of Treasury or related experience
- Kyriba experience a plus
Compensation Data
Full base salary range $75,000.00- $100,000.00 per year*Liberty considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, education, training and skills, and geographic location.
