Job Description
Seed the Center of Excellence. Kroll's Analysts are the first members of the central capture function - working alongside product to define the operational requirements of the platform, and beginning to capture data across an initial set of clients. They are the bridge between how valuation work is done today and how the platform will do it: their hands-on work directly shapes what the platform needs to become.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Capture and structure data across an initial set of client engagements, to a common standard, with lineage back to source documents.
Work with the Product Manager to define and pressure-test the operational requirements of the platform - what works, where the gaps are, what to build next.
Bring deep understanding of valuation workflows to the design of the capture process.
Read and interpret credit agreements and financial statements, and translate them into structured, reusable data.
Help establish the standards, controls, and playbook the Center of Excellence will operate by as it scales.
Essential Traits:
Strong understanding of valuation workflows - how valuations are built, reviewed, and delivered.
Ability to read and interpret credit agreements and financial statements with confidence.
Detail-oriented and structured; comfortable defining process and standards, not just executing them.
Interest in shaping a platform and a new operating model - not just doing the work, but improving how it's done.
2-3 years of relevant work experience in private credit, valuation, or financial analysis.
