OverviewWe are recruiting for Analysts to support our multidisciplinary business areas tailored to the US and international markets. This is a unique opportunity for a highly motivated professional to join our team at the heart of our US expansion, taking on diverse responsibilities in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities- Responsibilities will include: fact-finding, research, document review, and extensive financial analyses and computer modeling. Specific analyses may include construction delay analysis, change order analyses, cost overrun analysis, quantification of damages, and evaluation of claims.
- Assist with a variety of business disputes, including those involved in litigation, arbitration, or mediation.
- Assist in the preparation of expert reports, expert testimony, and exhibits for trial, arbitration, or settlement negotiations.
- Assist with developing strong client relationships by providing quality client service.
Qualifications- Working toward a Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering, Construction Management, or Finance or Accounting degree from an accredited university.
- Must have a minimum Grade Point Average of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale and should be graduating in December 2026 or May 2027.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, is essential. Knowledge of specialized applications, including Microsoft Visio, Microsoft Project, and Primavera P6, is valued.
- Candidates should possess humility, curiosity, enthusiasm, willingness to learn and work in a team
- Experience in engineering, energy, infrastructure, project management, audit, finance/accounting and/or consulting is advantageous.
- Basic programming knowledge is a plus.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Candidates should be willing to travel to client locations and other Accuracy offices as required.
Benefits of Joining Accuracy- Participate in a comprehensive total rewards package, comprised of base salary, discretionary performance bonuses, medical, dental, and vision plans, life and disability plans, retirement plan with a company match, paid time off, and parental leave.
- The base salary range for this position is $80,000 - $90,000 and may include a discretionary performance-based bonus. Salary is determined based on a number of factors, including but not limited to qualifications, experience and work location.
