Role Summary:Vornado's Sustainability group is seeking a full-time Analyst to work in the New York office. The Analyst will support the Vice President, Engineering with utility and emissions data analysis across the portfolio, and will be the Company's source of record for energy consumption and greenhouse gas data.
Every energy and emissions figure Vornado reports - to investors, to regulators, to rating agencies, and to the U.S. EPA - originates with this position. The successful candidate is rigorous with data, comfortable working from incomplete or inconsistent source records, and able to explain analytical results clearly to colleagues who are not analysts.
