Role Summary

The Americas Sr. Logistics Manager is responsible for leading end-to-end logistics operations across the Americas region, including warehousing, transportation, trade compliance, inventory strategy, and logistics network performance. This role ensures alignment between regional business needs and Global Logistics capabilities, while driving service, cost, compliance, and risk performance across a complex and high-volume operating environment.

The position partners closely with business leaders and the Global Logistics team to develop and execute logistics strategies that support commercial goals, improve operational efficiency, and strengthen standardization across the region. This leader is also responsible for building high-performing teams, managing budgets and projects, and driving continuous improvement through data, best practices, and strong cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Set, interpret, and improve logistics policies, procedures, systems, and operating standards, including trade compliance regulations.
  • Support and guide supervisors and staff to solve operational and technical problems.


Required Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field required.
  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related discipline preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in logistics, supply chain, transportation, warehousing, or related operations leadership roles.
  • Proven experience leading regional or multi-country logistics operations in a complex business environment.
  • Strong experience in warehousing, transportation, inventory management, and trade compliance.
  • Demonstrated success developing and executing logistics strategies aligned with business and commercial objectives.
  • Experience managing teams through direct leadership and/or through managers and supervisors.
  • Experience working in a matrix organization and collaborating with global or centralized logistics teams.


Desired Education

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related discipline preferred.

The range for this position is $136,157.00 - $187,216.00 assuming full time status. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
