This role is for a creative self-starter who will serve as the central connector for graduates, launching innovative initiatives that foster lifelong connection, learning, and institutional pride.

- A robust pipeline of alumni leaders, volunteers, and donors.
- An accurate, up-to-date, and strategically utilized alumni database.
Primary ResponsibilitiesStrategy & Programming- Set the vision and annual roadmap for global alumni engagement.
- Design and implement meaningful social, educational, and mission-aligned experiences.
- Develop high-impact communication strategies to tell the SAR alumni story.
Development & Relationship Building- Cultivate a culture of philanthropy and increase annual alumni participation in giving.
- Recruit and steward alumni ambassadors to expand the school's volunteer network.
- Bridge the gap between current seniors and the alumni community.
Operations & Integration- Optimize the alumni database (CRM) to drive data-informed engagement strategies.
- Collaborate across the Development team to support broader institutional goals.

- Tech-savvy (CRM, Social Media) with a sharp eye for detail and metrics.

$100,000 - $120,000 a year
Salary commensurate with experience.
