Key Responsibilities • Support seasonal assortment direction for the Americas across Wholesale and DTC (Retail + eCommerce). • Bring marketplace, consumer, and account insights into line reviews and seasonal planning conversations. • Help build and maintain regional assortment tools and frameworks, aligned to global direction (channel segmentation, key price points, franchise vs. innovation balance). • Partner with Planning to review performance and support SKU productivity and assortment optimization. • Support GTM readiness by contributing to clarity on seasonal priorities and product stories for Sales, Marketing, and DTC teams. • Track milestones and deliver inputs on time; communicate updates and recommendations clearly.
