The Corporate Accounting Manager is responsible for overseeing the completion of the month end close process and balance sheet reconciliations in accordance with GAAP. This position is also responsible for oversight and training of accounting staff.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting with at least 5 years of hands-on accounting experience is required.
CPA certification is required.
Prior SEC or public accounting experience is desired.
Proficient with general ledger systems, MS Excel and other analytical tools.

Ensure the completeness and accuracy of financial statements through review and ensuring monthly closing steps have been performed completely and accurately
Oversee staff ensuring closing checklists are fully utilized and updated as needed.
Ensure Company financial records are maintained in compliance with Company policies and US GAAP.
Further develop internal controls over financial reporting and accounting processes.
