KPMG is currently seeking an AI Tech Lead to join our Audit Technology Alliance organization.
Responsibilities:
- Develop generative AI solutions, balancing hands-on full-stack development with technical mentorship and project oversight for a dedicated AI engineering team
- Collaborate closely with product managers, audit subject matter experts, and AI architects to deliver technical solutions that align with expected business outcomes
- Champion a culture of quality and innovation in our engineering teams; identify opportunities to continually improve our solutions and introduce modern AI methods
- Drive quality SDLC processes with our AI engineering teams; deliver solutions on time to meet business cycle timelines
- Drive the technical execution of the product roadmap, guiding the team in building and deploying features that advance our mission of transforming the audit through AI automation
- Mentor and develop junior engineers, fostering technical excellence and professional growth while promoting best practices within our agile development process
- Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment
Qualifications:
- Minimum five years of recent professional experience in full-stack software development, with a proven track record of leading technical projects and mentoring engineering teams
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred; master's degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science, Engineering, a related technical discipline is desired
- Expertise in building scalable applications on cloud infrastructure, specifically with Azure, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), KEDA, and asynchronous service bus architectures
- Hands-on experience with AI frameworks such as LangChain/LangGraph or Semantic Kernel, and practical experience building and optimizing LLM-powered systems using models from Azure OpenAI or Google Cloud
- Proficiency with Agile methodologies and SDLC best practices, including extensive experience with Azure DevOps, Git, and building and maintaining robust CI/CD pipelines
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and clear communication skills, with the capacity to articulate complex technical designs and decisions to both technical and business stakeholders(200TEC)
