What You Will Bring- 5+ years of software development experience with object-oriented programming, delivering scalable and maintainable solutions with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or related experience.
- 2+ years leading and mentoring a team of engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and growth
- 2+ years of experience with AWS or other cloud platforms, including deploying and managing applications in cloud environments.
- Proven ability to balance hands-on development with leadership responsibilities, ensuring team success.
- Strong expertise in RESTful API design, system architecture, and SOLID engineering principles.
- Proficiency in backend and frontend technologies, including Python, JavaScript (Node.js, React), and Go.
- Hands-on experience with automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-based deployments to ensure reliability and efficiency.
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes for scalable application management.
- Knowledge of infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform or Ansible to streamline deployment processes.
- Strong ability to communicate technical concepts clearly across teams, aligning engineering efforts with business objectives.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering real-world impact and continuous improvement.
Nice To Have Qualifications- Interest or familiarity working in the Digital Marketing industry
- AWS Solutions Architect - Professional certification
- Prior experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code tools like Terraform
