Description and RequirementsAbout Our TeamLenovo is looking for a
Partner AI Product Manager to grow our AI ecosystem by bringing innovative partner-built AI experiences to Lenovo customers. This role sits at the intersection of product, partnerships, AI, and go-to-market, working with external partners and teams across Lenovo to turn emerging AI capabilities into compelling customer experiences within Qira.
What You'll Do- Work directly with AI companies, developers, service providers, and technology partners to bring new AI Agents, MCP apps, MCP services, and AI products into the Qira marketplace.
- Own the journey from partner opportunity to customer launch-identifying high-value use cases, shaping the product experience, driving execution, coordinating internal readiness, and bringing new capabilities to market.
- Continuously explore emerging Agentic products that can create differentiated value for Lenovo customers.
- Ensure that partner technology becomes a great Qira product experience, not simply a technical integration.
- Work closely with partners, Product, Engineering, AI, and UX teams to define customer use cases, user journeys, product requirements, success criteria, and launch readiness while keeping the customer experience at the center of decision-making.
- Use product data, customer feedback, and partner insights to improve the experience and determine where successful partner products should scale.
- Operate within the Lenovo Responsible AI framework and partner closely with Responsible AI, Security, Privacy, Legal, and other stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
- Identify requirements and risks early, guide partners through Lenovo's processes, and ensure new experiences meet Lenovo's standards for trust, security, privacy, quality, and responsible AI.
Location: Chicago, IL. Candidates should be able to work collaboratively with the Chicago-based team and global Lenovo teams.
This role is hybrid. 3 days onsite and 2 days remote.
Basic Qualifications- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8+ years of Product Management experience delivering software, digital, AI, platform, or technology products.
- Experience owning products or major product features from concept through launch and ongoing iteration.
- Experience working with cross-functional engineering, design, technical, and business teams to deliver products for business or enterprise users.
- Experience translating customer problems and complex technical capabilities into clear product requirements and compelling user experiences.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience building or launching enterprise AI, SaaS, workflow automation, productivity, analytics, developer, or IT products.
- Experience working with generative AI, large language models, AI agents, retrieval-augmented generation, copilots, or multimodal AI.
- Understanding of enterprise AI requirements including security, privacy, responsible AI, governance, data residency, compliance, identity, access control, and model risk.
- Experience with enterprise buying processes and stakeholders, including CIO, CTO, IT, security, data, operations, and business-function leaders.
- Experience integrating products with enterprise systems, APIs, cloud services, data platforms, identity providers, or device-management environments.
- Experience defining product experiments, pilots, customer proofs of concept, and adoption strategies that translate into scalable products.
- Strong understanding of AI product lifecycle considerations including model evaluation, quality, latency, cost, observability, reliability, and human-in-the-loop workflows.
- Experience working in agile, pod-based, or similarly cross-functional product organizations with globally distributed teams.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort operating in a fast-moving environment where customer needs, technology, and product requirements are evolving quickly.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize competing opportunities and make effective product tradeoffs using customer insights, data, technical feasibility, and business objectives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders.
What Success Looks Like- You turn complex enterprise problems into simple, valuable AI experiences that customers can adopt and trust.
- You build strong partnerships with engineering, AI/ML, design, security, and go-to-market teams and create clarity in ambiguous spaces.
- You demonstrate measurable customer and business impact through adoption, productivity, efficiency, satisfaction, or other clearly defined outcomes.
- You help Lenovo establish differentiated enterprise AI capabilities and scalable products that connect devices, software, cloud services, and the broader Lenovo ecosystem.
