This role is accountable for advancing AI opportunities, ensuring responsible and compliant delivery, driving adoption and change management efforts, and maximizing business value through scalable AI solutions. Key Responsibilities • Lead multiple AI initiatives from opportunity assessment through implementation, adoption, and value realization. • Translate complex business workflows into scalable AI solutions that support operational consistency and enterprise strategy. • Evaluate, prioritize, and advance AI opportunities while ensuring alignment with Responsible AI standards and governance requirements. • Drive change management, stakeholder engagement, training, and adoption activities across multiple business groups. • Measure and report business outcomes, solution performance, adoption metrics, and continuous improvement opportunities. Qualifications • The ideal candidate is an experienced AI and technology leader with strong project delivery, stakeholder management, and change leadership capabilities. They possess a strong understanding of AI solution delivery, governance, business operations, and enterprise-scale implementation practices. Qualifications • Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in IT or a related discipline. • Minimum 3 years of project management experience in a business technology or information technology environment. • Minimum 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience. • Degree or diploma in Information Technology, Information Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related discipline; PMP certification or equivalent preferred. • Demonstrated ability to lead complex initiatives, influence diverse stakeholders, manage competing priorities, and drive successful AI adoption and business outcomes. • Construction and/or construction management experience. • This position is not eligible for employer-sponsored work authorization.
