What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities)As a Principal Consultant, you will drive our AI agenda and client success by:
- Defining Strategy: Contributing to the firm's commercial and technical Point of View (POV) on AI, Generative AI, and autonomous agent systems.
- Leading Engagements: Leading executive-level client workshops to identify high-ROI AI use cases, assess organizational readiness, and develop ethical AI adoption roadmaps.
- Architecting Solutions: Designing and architecting multi-step, autonomous AI agent systems (leveraging LLMs, Vector Databases, and orchestration frameworks like LangChain/AutoGen), focusing on scalability and reliability.
- Ensuring Compliance: Translating high-level business problems into technical roadmaps that align with strict client data governance, security, and compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR, local data laws).
- Driving Growth (Pre-Sales): Partnering with sales to structure, scope, and estimate complex AI consulting engagements as the definitive subject matter expert.
- Setting Standards: Establishing best practices, technical standards, and quality assurance processes for all AI and Machine Learning Operations (MLOps) workflows.
What You Bring (Qualifications)We are seeking a candidate who demonstrates a mastery of the field:
- Proven mastery of technical consulting and AI architecture, typically gained over 10+ years of progressive experience, including:
- Specific, demonstrable experience building and orchestrating autonomous AI agents (reasoning, tool-use, multi-step planning).
- Designing and deploying production-grade Generative AI applications and Large Language Model (LLM) workflows.
- Prior history as a billable, client-facing resource in Technical Consulting or Professional Services.
- Expert-level proficiency in Python and relevant AI/ML frameworks.
- Deep understanding of cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and related MLOps tooling.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to executive, non-technical audiences.
Preferred Experience:- Exposure to developing applications within complex enterprise platforms (e.g., Workday, Salesforce, SAP).
- Experience with low-code/no-code AI agent builder tools (e.g., Flowise, LlamaIndex).
