Stefanini is looking for AI Engineer, Dearborn, MIWe are seeking an AI Engineer who will develop intelligent programs, cognitive applications, and algorithms for data analysis and automation. This hands-on role focuses on building AI-powered systems that integrate Google Cloud LLMs with BigQuery data, support root-cause analysis, and deliver explainable insights to quality engineers.
Key Responsibilities- Translate business requirements into AI algorithms, models, and applications that solve complex problems, generate recommendations, identify patterns, make predictions, interpret sensor data, orchestrate automation, and enable self-service capabilities.
- Build AI agents that generate and execute BigQuery SQL to support investigations and root-cause analysis.
- Design investigation-memory models to preserve relevant intelligence across sessions, using structured and, where appropriate, semantic approaches.
- Develop multi-step reasoning workflows and APIs that power user experiences for quality engineers.
- Conduct large-scale experimentation and develop data-driven applications that turn data into actionable intelligence.
- Apply AI techniques such as deep learning, generative AI, natural language processing, image processing, cognitive automation, intelligent process automation, reinforcement learning, and virtual assistants.
- Research and optimize AI technologies to improve the efficiency and accuracy of data analysis and automation.
- Implement logging, traceability, and governance mechanisms to support explainable and accountable AI-powered systems.

- Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Tekton or Jenkins.

- Understanding of Agile methodologies.
- Experience with backend frameworks such as Flask, Django, or FastAPI.
- Experience with Test-First or Test-Driven Development (TDD), MVP development, or evolutionary design.
- Basic understanding of machine learning.
