The
Oracle AI Agent Studio Engineer is responsible for designing, building, and supporting AI-powered solutions within Oracle Fusion Cloud. This role will work closely with business stakeholders, product managers, architects, and Oracle platform teams to identify opportunities for AI-driven automation and deliver scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions.
The ideal candidate combines Oracle Cloud expertise with experience in AI, workflow automation, integrations, and application development.

Primary Responsibilities:- Design, configure, and support Oracle AI Agents and Agentic Applications
- Partner with business and technical teams to translate requirements into AI-enabled solutions
- Develop and maintain workflow agents, prompts, actions, and business process automations
- Configure integrations using Oracle APIs and related technologies
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to agent behavior, data access, security, and performance
- Support solution testing, deployment, and production stabilization
- Collaborate with architecture, security, and governance teams to ensure compliance with enterprise standards
- Assess new Oracle AI capabilities and identify opportunities for adoption
- Create and maintain technical documentation, standards, and implementation guides
- Mentor team members and contribute to development best practices

Required Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of Oracle Cloud experience
- Experience with Oracle AI Agent Studio, Oracle Fusion AI capabilities, or similar AI platforms
- Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, or conversational AI
- Experience with REST APIs, integrations, and workflow automation
- Experience supporting enterprise applications in production environments
- Proven solid analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications:- Oracle Cloud certifications
- Oracle HCM experience
- Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) experience
- Experience with Git, source control, and modern software development practices

The salary for this role will range from $112,700 - $193,200 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
