About the Role:Title: AI Engineer
Location: Sacramento, CA Hybrid
Skills & Qualifications RequiredPosition Requirements:- Configure and maintain conversational AI solutions using conversational AI platforms, AI agents, tools, and orchestration frameworks
- Gather, document, and translate business and member-service requirements into conversational AI configurations, workflows, and user experiences
- Design conversation flows, prompts, tool configurations, knowledge sources, and escalation workflows
- Configure integrations with enterprise systems using APIs and service endpoints
- Utilize JavaScript to support validation, business rules, workflow orchestration, and integrations
- Perform testing, validation, troubleshooting, and ongoing platform support
Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $125,000 - $130,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
