Full Job Description
The AI Enablement Specialist owns how company and clients adopt AI, spanning internal capability, client education, tool evaluation, and measurable business outcomes.

Experience:
  • Technology sales: 2 years (Required)
  • Business development or sales: 3 years (Required)
  • Educate customers, assess needs, create solutions, then hand off to the tech team for delivery.
  • Some cold calling is required, but the focus is engaging existing customers about AI needs.
  • Must be highly versatile and adaptable.
  • Interface with Customers and internal teams, someone who is a real thinker
  • No single AI tool expertise required; broad exposure matters because client needs vary.

This role helps employees and clients move from AI curiosity to practical, confident use, closing the adoption gap and representing company as an AI subject matter expert.
  • Building and delivering the internal AI training curriculum across all teams
  • Developing role-specific enablement tracks for engineering, service desk, and sales
  • Creating practical documentation, prompt libraries, and workflow playbooks
  • Onboarding new team members into our AI tools and standards
    Determine which AI technologies company adopts and recommends, including:
  • Evaluating emerging AI tools and platforms against practical business use
  • Recommending what we adopt, pilot, or decline, with clear reasoning
  • Defining internal standards for responsible and effective AI use
  • Maintaining awareness of AI capability shifts and their impact on managed services
  • Tracking adoption metrics across internal teams and client engagements
  • Connecting AI capability to service delivery improvement and margin
  • Managing scorecards and success metrics across the enablement lifecycle
  • Reporting progress and impact to leadership
