Help Drive AI Adoption Across CIMA+

We are looking for an AI Enablement Specialist to help drive the successful adoption of artificial intelligence across CIMA+. You will help employees integrate approved AI tools into their ways of working by identifying practical use cases, providing guidance and AI expertise, and addressing adoption barriers.

Working closely with the Team Lead, AI Adoption, the AI Development team, Talent & Culture, and business teams, you will support initiatives that increase AI adoption and business value. You will also partner with Talent & Culture to support change management, communications, training, and capability development activities by providing the required AI expertise and content.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Support the execution of CIMA+'s AI enablement strategy and key adoption initiatives
  • Work with business teams to identify opportunities to integrate AI into processes and ways of working
  • Partner with the AI Development team to translate business needs into practical solutions and use cases
  • Collaborate with Talent & Culture to identify change management, communications, training, and capability development needs, and provide the required AI expertise
  • Develop practical AI guidance, use cases, FAQs, demonstrations, and other adoption resources
  • Facilitate workshops, demonstrations, office hours, and other AI enablement activities
  • Gather employee feedback, identify adoption barriers, and recommend improvements
  • Support the AI Champions network and Communities of Practice
  • Contribute to measuring AI adoption, usage, user needs, and business impact
  • Promote the responsible, secure, and effective use of CIMA+-approved AI tools


Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Seven (7) years of experience in IT including 3-5 years of relevant experience in AI enablement, digital transformation, technology adoption, or a related discipline
  • Strong understanding of Generative AI and its business applications
  • Practical experience using Generative AI tools and translating their capabilities into business use cases
  • Experience working across technology, business, and organizational functions
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into practical guidance for technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strong organizational skills, curiosity, initiative, and adaptability
  • Integrity, team spirit, and a commitment to excellence

Assets
  • Experience supporting enterprise-wide technology adoption or transformation initiatives
  • Experience collaborating with Talent & Culture, Human Resources, Learning & Development, or change management teams
  • Experience developing AI guidance, adoption resources, or similar content
  • Experience supporting AI Champion networks or Communities of Practice
  • Knowledge of responsible AI, privacy, confidentiality, information security, and governance
  • Experience measuring technology adoption and usage
  • Experience in engineering consulting, professional services, or another project-based technical environment
