ResponsibilitiesThe AI Construction Specialist serves as an embedded AI resource within operations, identifying, evaluating, and advancing AI-enabled opportunities that improve productivity, operational effectiveness, and business outcomes. This role partners with stakeholders to translate business needs into practical AI solutions, support implementation and adoption efforts, and drive continuous improvement through data-driven insights and performance measurement.
Key Responsibilities- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize AI use cases that deliver measurable business value and operational efficiency.
- Partner with business stakeholders to document requirements and develop AI-enabled solutions aligned with operational needs.
- Lead business process analysis, problem definition, and AI opportunity assessment activities.
- Develop business cases, implementation plans, ROI assessments, and performance measurement strategies for AI initiatives.
- Monitor adoption, usage metrics, and solution performance while recommending improvements and future AI opportunities.
QualificationsThe successful candidate combines business process expertise, analytical thinking, and technical fluency with AI-enabled tools. Qualifications- Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in a related field.
- Degree or diploma in Information Technology, Information Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related discipline; equivalent experience considered.
- Experience using AI-enabled tools, prompt engineering techniques, and low/no-code solutions.
- Construction and/or construction management experience.
- This position is not eligible for employer-sponsored work authorization. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.
- Candidate must reside in, or be willing to relocate to, Arizona, to be considered for this role.
- This is a primarily office-based position located in Chandler, Arizona. The successful candidate will be expected to work regularly from the office and collaborate in person with business and operational teams; this is not a remote position.
