As the Chief AI & Data Office (CAIDO) Commercial Manager, you will work closely with various stakeholders throughout the organization to drive data quality, global consistency, service quality and other investor and investment-related services. This will include the development of new products and services and a specific focus on their commercialization.
Commercial Management in the CAIDO team is a crucial role and will report to the Chief AI and Data Officer. In this position, you will be focused on working with the Data team as part of the CAIDO to formalize tools and capabilities to sell as new product offerings to existing and potential clients. Over time, the tools and capabilities should provide more value-added to clients and create an ongoing stream of increasing revenue.
Job specification - Participate in the Design, plan and implementation of quality data products businesses worldwide
- Design and commercialize configurable data management options for Portfolio Managers across our various portfolio investment services
- Partner with our Data Product Team to define, commercialize, and sell products
- Lead employees as an example to understand the sales and support model
- Analyze and interpret data and metrics related to sales opportunities
- Take the lead innovating and in expansion activities
- Maintain relationships with clients, partners and vendors
Skills Required:The ideal candidate for the AI and Data Office (CAIDO) Commercial Manager would demonstrate the following qualifications:
- Previous working experience in data services and control
- Extensive experience in fund accounting and investment management industry
- Understanding of Product packaging and marketing
- Ability to communicate value proposition to clients and sell
- Good knowledge of data analysis and KPIs
- Familiarity IT/Business infrastructure
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
- Great communication and presentation skills
- Problem-solving, growth-minded and risk-aware mindset

Salary ranges from USD $175,000 - USD $200,00. Compensation within this range is dependent on individual's skills, experience and qualifications.
