Who we are looking forAn experienced Artificial Intelligence Compliance & Automation Lead who will play a critical role in modernizing and scaling the firm's Cyber Application Compliance Program through the strategic use of artificial intelligence, machine learning, automation, and advanced analytics. This individual will lead the development and integration of AI-enabled solutions that improve compliance monitoring, risk identification, evidence collection, reporting, workflow efficiency, and regulatory alignment across the enterprise application portfolio.
The ideal candidate will possess a combination of technical expertise, software development experience, cybersecurity and compliance knowledge, and the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable AI-driven solutions. Experience within highly regulated industries, particularly financial services, is strongly preferred.

What you will be responsible for- Lead the adoption and integration of artificial intelligence capabilities across the Cyber Application Compliance Program.
- Design, develop, and implement AI-driven automation solutions to improve compliance operations, risk assessment activities, and regulatory reporting.
- Identify opportunities to reduce manual effort through intelligent workflows, machine learning models, predictive analytics, and process automation.
- Partner with cybersecurity, compliance, risk, technology, and business stakeholders to integrate AI capabilities into existing governance processes.
- Develop AI-assisted compliance monitoring capabilities to identify control deficiencies, policy exceptions, and emerging risks.
- Design and maintain complex integrations between governance platforms, compliance systems, security tooling, data repositories, and reporting solutions.
- Build scalable data pipelines and automation frameworks that improve the quality, accuracy, and timeliness of compliance evidence collection.
- Utilize advanced analytics and AI techniques to improve cyber risk visibility and support executive decision-making.
- Enhance the organization's ability to manage compliance against cybersecurity frameworks, including NIST, regulatory requirements, and internal standards.
- Develop AI-enabled dashboards, metrics, key risk indicators (KRIs), and predictive reporting capabilities.
- Support implementation of intelligent workflows within platforms such as ServiceNow, Archer, cloud environments, and other enterprise technologies.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and develop practical use cases that improve operational effectiveness and control maturity.
- Collaborate with technical teams to establish responsible AI governance practices, security standards, and model oversight processes.
- Ensure AI-enabled solutions align with the firm's cybersecurity, privacy, legal, and risk management requirements.
- Analyze large and complex datasets to identify opportunities for process improvement, risk reduction, and compliance optimization.
- Translate business objectives into technical specifications and solution designs.
- Communicate complex AI concepts, technical architectures, and compliance implications to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Create and deliver executive presentations, implementation roadmaps, and business cases supporting AI investments.
- Partner with technology and compliance teams to establish automation strategies that support regulatory examinations, audits, and internal reviews.
- Stay current on developments in artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, automation technologies, regulatory expectations, and industry best practices.
- Mentor and guide team members in AI adoption, automation opportunities, and advanced analytics capabilities.

Education & Preferred Qualifications- 7+ years of experience in artificial intelligence, machine learning, advanced analytics, automation, software engineering, or related technical disciplines.
- 5+ years of experience supporting cybersecurity, compliance, risk management, governance, or regulated technology environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, Data Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field required.
- Master's degree in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field preferred.
- Experience developing enterprise AI solutions and production-grade automation capabilities.
- Strong coding proficiency and demonstrated experience building complex integrated technology solutions.
- Experience with cloud platforms including Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
- Familiarity with enterprise governance and compliance platforms such as ServiceNow IRM, Archer, or similar solutions preferred.
- Financial services, banking, or other highly regulated industry experience strongly preferred.

Salary Range: $120,000 - $202,500 Annual
The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
