About the RoleWe are seeking a highly experienced
Client-Facing AI Advisory Consultant to act as a trusted advisor to client leadership, helping organizations identify, prioritize, and implement AI-driven business transformation initiatives.
As an embedded advisor, you will bridge the gap between business objectives and AI capabilities, shaping strategy, building business cases, and guiding AI adoption from concept through execution.
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic AI Advisory- Identify and assess high-value AI use cases and opportunities across the enterprise value chain.
- Develop AI adoption frameworks aligned with business objectives.
- Guide clients on AI governance, risk management, compliance, and Responsible AI practices.
- Advise executive stakeholders on AI strategy and enterprise transformation initiatives.
Solution Shaping & Delivery Oversight- Collaborate with engineering teams to shape AI solution architecture.
- Assess technical feasibility, scalability, and cost implications of proposed solutions.
- Own delivery outcomes including scope, quality, timelines, and value realization.
- Embed Responsible AI guardrails, safety controls, and governance practices into recommended solutions.
Client Leadership & Stakeholder Management- Build trusted relationships with senior business and technology leaders.
- Translate AI capabilities into tangible business outcomes.
- Provide strategic direction and adoption guidance throughout the transformation journey.
Required Skills- Proven experience in consulting, technology strategy, digital transformation, or enterprise delivery leadership roles.
- Experience leading enterprise AI or digital transformation initiatives in client-facing environments.
- Deep understanding of:
- Agentic AI
- Foundation Models
- Large Language Models (LLMs)
- AI Solution Architecture
- Enterprise AI Platforms
- Strong client engagement, advisory, and executive stakeholder management experience.
- Program, project, and portfolio management expertise.
- Experience managing scope, quality, delivery timelines, SLAs, and commercial commitments.
Preferred Skills- Agentic orchestration and multi-agent systems.
- Responsible AI frameworks and AI evaluation methodologies.
- Data Science and Machine Learning.
- Business Intelligence and Analytics.
- Databases and API integrations.
- Cloud platforms including Azure, AWS, and GCP.
- Product Management and Go-To-Market (GTM) experience.
- Utility industry experience preferred.
