About The Job You're Considering
We are seeking a highly skilled Agentforce & Data Cloud Architect to own and optimize the intelligence layer of our Salesforce-powered platform. This role will be responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and improving agent performance across data, access, grounding, retrieval, instructions, actions, and platform configurations.
This is a hands-on architecture role requiring deep technical expertise and the ability to build, configure, test, and deploy solutions directly. The ideal candidate combines strong Salesforce platform architecture knowledge with extensive real-world Agentforce and Data Cloud implementation experience.
Your Role
- Lead the architecture, development, and optimization of Agentforce and Data Cloud (Data 360) solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data ingestion, retrieval, grounding, security, and agent configurations.
- Build and maintain scalable Data 360 foundations to support AI-powered use cases.
- Configure and enhance Agentforce topics, actions, sub-agents, instructions, Prompt Builder assets, and RAG capabilities.
- Design and develop solutions using Salesforce Flow and Apex.
- Manage Salesforce security, permissions, sharing, and record-access controls.
- Establish agent testing, observability, tracing, and quality measurement practices.
- Partner with business and technical teams to deliver scalable, high-quality Salesforce AI solutions.
- Provide hands-on technical leadership from architecture through implementation
Your Skills and Experience
- 7+ years of Salesforce platform experience with strong architecture and implementation expertise.
- Deep, hands-on experience implementing and deploying Salesforce Agentforce solutions.
- Strong expertise in Data Cloud (Data 360) architecture and implementation
- Experience with data ingestion, mapping, harmonization, identity resolution, and retrieval
- Knowledge of RAG, agent grounding, Prompt Builder, topics, sub-agents, actions, and instructions
- Strong Salesforce security, permissions, sharing, and record-access troubleshooting skills
- Hands-on experience with Flow and Apex
- Experience with agent testing, tracing, observability, and performance measurement
- Strong Salesforce platform architecture background
Preferred:
- Agentforce Specialist and/or Data Cloud Consultant certification
- Experience building scalable AI-powered Salesforce solutions
Note: This is a builder role. We are looking for a hands-on architect who can design, configure, develop, and troubleshoot solutions, not someone focused solely on architecture documentation.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $82,082 - $193,440

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
