6-10 years of experience in platform infrastructure with full-stack capabilities
Proven track record in building scalable, reliable, high-throughput systems
Proficiency in Node.js, Python, Kubernetes, Kafka, Redis, Elasticsearch, and AWS/GCP
Experience in mentoring junior team members
Background in HITL data or high-growth startups is a plus
