The Company is seeking an Affordable Housing Advisor to serve as the Company's subject matter expert on affordable housing programs and investment strategy.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Serve as the Company's internal expert on LIHTC, HUD and other affordable housing programs, advising senior management on risks and opportunities.
Assist in creating the company's vision, defining strategies, providing strategic direction and analyzing company performance.
Evaluate strategies to successfully enable the achievement of the Company's vision and long-term goals.
Provide guidance and recommend solutions on major challenges facing the Company.
Meet with the President and Chairman & CEO at least once a month.
Participate actively in quarterly executive team meetings.
QUALIFICATIONS
Financial expertise and prior board experience with a real estate investment company.
At least 25 years of extensive and relevant leadership experience including current or prior service as Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer or similar high level executive position in a for-profit entity.
Executive experience and backgrounds from top-tier consulting firms a plus and/or equivalent work experience.
Located in greater Southern California
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment through effective communication.
