Director of Sales- Inside Sales
Location: Park City, UT (Onsite at Jeremy Ranch)
Compensation: Up to $120,000 base salary + uncapped commission + startup equity

You'll be a trusted advisor to physicians, clinic owners, and medical directors as they make major equipment decisions. You'll help them figure out what to add, upgrade, trade in, finance, or service, using our LaserMatch platform and Smart Center data to back it up. Because we're brand-agnostic, your job is to recommend what's right for the practice, not what a manufacturer told you to push. You'll build and grow a book of accounts in our systems and become someone clients call before they make a move.
