Capgemini is hiring a Data Migration Lead to own the migration from legacy PDM / process-planning systems into Siemens Teamcenter on a large, complex PLM modernization for a major Aerospace OEM - owning the strategy, the data-model mapping, the data-quality evaluation and the migration lead-time. You will turn the migration architecture into delivered, validated data in Teamcenter, leading a blended onshore-offshore migration team through dry-runs and cutover with zero disruption to active programs.

This is a hybrid role located in the Seattle, WA metropolitan area.
Your Role
- Own the migration strategy and execution from legacy PDM / process planning into Teamcenter.
- Lead the legacy-to-Teamcenter data-model mapping and the transformation rules with the architects.
- Plan and run dry-runs and cutover by configuration applicability, migrating active-program data with zero disruption.
- Drive data-quality evaluation, cleansing and reconciliation against the quality framework.
- Estimate and manage migration duration / lead-time and report progress.
- Lead a blended onshore-offshore migration team / factory mirroring the client organization.
- Apply AI-accelerated migration to reduce lead-time within the architecture and controls.
Your Skills and Experience
- US Citizenship or US Permanent Residency status required.
- 18+ years in data migration on large, complex PLM or enterprise programs, with delivery-lead accountability.
- Experience leading onshore-offshore migration teams.
- Hands-on legacy PDM-to-Teamcenter data-model mapping and migration strategy.
- Strong command of data-quality evaluation, cleansing and reconciliation, and of migration leadtime estimation.
- Aerospace, Defense, or regulated industry experience.
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is:
$155,500 - $242,000. Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.
The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
